If you need us to professionally pack your boxes and containers so that nothing is damaged and they aren’t overloaded, we have no problem doing that for you. We are all extensively trained with this and can pack it up in no time. Ask us about bringing the materials so you can sit back and relax.

Furniture Assembly.

Do you have furniture that needs to be taken apart and assembled? Not a problem. Our crews come equipped with a 500 piece tool kit on every job. We have a ton of experience taking apart bed frames, hutches, entertainment centers, etc. We will wrap and unwrap these items professionally to avoid potential damage.

Equipment.

The standard set of equipment that our crews utilize are: 4 wheels furniture dollies, 2 wheel hand trucks, shoulder dollies, forearm forklifts, and a 500 piece toolset.

We also include clean, quality furniture blankets, shrink wrap, and packing materials like tape and packing paper.

We used Get Moving twice in less than a year as we were building a new house. They were so amazing the first time we wouldn't have considered going with anyone else the second time around! Pricing is super straight forward with no hidden fees at all and the guys come with everything they will need to keep your things safe during the move. When I initially called the date I wanted wasn't ideal for the size of our move, they were honest and simply told me that he would hate for us to not get the best service if he tried to squeeze us in and asked what my biggest issue was with switching to the Monday. I told him I was worried about getting stuck in traffic which would cost us extra money, he assured me that if that were the case we'd figure out a way to make it right. I LOVE that he was not only honest but truly seemed to value our business! They not only were able to accommodate having to empty our storage as well as our temporary digs but were on time, enthusiastic and friendly on a HOT day with lots of stairs. We had different 3 man crews each time and there was NO difference in the amount of service we received between the two moves. Hopefully we're never moving again lol but I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so!

This is the best experience with a moving company that I have ever dealt with. There was a team of three moving everything in my 10 story apartment building to a new 10 story apartment building. They showed up on time, and did not stop until the job was complete.I also had my mother and little brother with me during the move, they were also very impressed with the level of respect the 3 movers showed throughout the time moving and toward them. 5 star service. Will use this company again in a heartbeat!

Get Moving is the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is moving. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. If you use these guys, I recommend requesting Will, Terrence and Avery. They showed up on time and once they started, they never stopped. The hustle was extremely impressive. In addition, I was impressed and grateful at the attention to detail and how they treated our stuff. Shrink wrap, blankets, straps, etc. 5/5 all the way, we will see you guys in September!

There was a lot of damage to our furniture. I have called at least 8 times with no response. I have left messages and talked once to the owner who said he would have someone out on Friday which never showed. Since then they will not call or response to my voice mails. This is not a company you want to do business with.

From beginning to end it was a seamless and smooth move. The person who provided a quote over the phone was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided an accurate estimate of time and number of movers needed that I could trust rely on. No padding the job in their favor here. No hidden fees, no additional costs, nothing but what was stated and expected.The movers called ahead of their arrival time to provide status/time of arrival AND were punctual. Arrived with a clean truck and ample amount of supplies for the job. Well prepared!The movers were very courteous and super friendly, easy to talk to, didn’t complain about anything(I’ve had movers who complain the whole time). They were very efficient with moving items and loading the truck. Real Tetris Masters!! They unloaded the truck just as efficiently and remained professional and upbeat the entire move. Which says a lot because moving can be stressful and they really took the stress and worry out of the equation for me. I will definitely keep them as my No. 1 choice for any local moving that is done in the future. Thank you all for a job well done and for being a quality business with quality employees. I used this company again for the second time!I really cannot stress how professional this group of people are! It truly is a great experience.The team that came out to my house, were not only kind and generous but I continued to insist they didn’t have to pack some items and they also didn’t have to shrink wrap items but they just kept insisting they did because they wanted to make sure my valuables were taken well care of.They come on time, in attire, don’t slack off (in fact, they held great conversation to the point I kept talking to them and I should have let them just work lol!) very knowledgeable group of guys!Thank you get moving!

They showed up on time and also called ahead to give me a 15 min heads up on their ETA. They were very efficient but also cautious of my belongings. Great manners, very professional, knocked out the 2-4 hour quoted job in 3 hours. Although they were moving my entire home, they were non-invasive. They asked for instruction and then executed perfectly, not bothering us at all as we packed up odds and ends. I will be using them again on my next move.

Was able to book a 3bd 2 ba home move with 4 day turn around. Very responsive for scheduling and arrived in the time table described to me.Terrance and team were PHENOMENAL! Showed immense hustle and care while handling furniture and transporting. When we move again I will definitely be seeking their services.

I just used this company this past weekend for a move from one part of town to another. The two guys showed up earlier than expected, but they called on the way to inform me of that. Once there these guys did not stop moving the whole time. I was getting tired just watching them. They carefully packed all of my items in the truck and not one item was damaged including 4 curved tv's which was all wrapped and prepped by them. I am hopeful that I will not have to move again any time soon, but I would definitely refer this company to anyone looking for some good movers. I also shopped around when deciding which company to go with, and they were on the cheaper end.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The only moving experience I’ve had ever and it was horrible. Still is going on. These people destroyed 60% of our belongings. Every piece of furniture scuffed and scratched. A leg completely snapped off my table. 2 TVs smashed. 1 missing. Lots of missing items. I even have items that aren’t even mine. Never seen them before. There is thousands of dollars in damage and missing items. And they said. Oh well we will reimburse you for 2 TVs. Not 3????Well what about everything else crooks???? This company is crooked. Do not trust. Stay away. I also have same issues as others reviewers with billing. Absolutely worst moving company I’ve ever seen.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. They aren’t accredited by BBB and for great reason.My final invoice was forged. I’ve requested a copy time and time again and have yet to receive one.They will charge your card with an amount they decided on without your knowledge.STAY AWAY.

Movers were supposed to arrive between 8-10am. Received a text at 9am stating they wouldn’t arrive until 1-130pm. It is now just about 3:30 and no one has showed up. We have called multiple times only to be told that they couldn’t help us and they have sent a message to management. We put down a $125 deposit. It feels like this is a scam and we are being given the run around. At this point, it feels like no one will be showing up to help us move. Extremely disappointing since we hired them specifically today because we need to be out of our house

I’m still waiting for Mike or Paul to call me back. It’s been 40 days since move. They broke and damaged some items. Mike said someone will call me to handle this but no one calls. I’m tired of reaching out to them with no response. Moved within same apartment complex and they still charged $125. Trip fee. Not happy with their service after the sale. Hope they contact me this week. I’ll have to hire attorney to get my items replaced/ repaired. The movers kept complaining that I needed 3 movers but the receptionist told me to hire 2. I’m not happy that I hired Get Moving.It’s now over a year since I hired Get Moving for my move. I got compensated on two broken items but not on my LaZBoy sofa they tore. I can’t get Mike to return my calls and texts. I would not hire them again nor would I refer them to anyone. Not a good experience for me.

Workers were unprofessional. Left trash at my old house. Did not assemble my entertainment center at new home. Left grease all over my new home including a couch. Put a home in the front part of my entertainment center. Did not return calls as promised. Did not send someone out to assemble my entertainment center. Said they'd find "a cleaning product I could use" on my couch. Grease on my walls won't wash off do now I have to repaint. Worst moving experience ever and a terrible business in general. I went with them since they are "veteran owned". I'm a disabled veteran and I definitely expected better service.

The guys who did the actual move were awesome. But I don't know if I would recommend the company. We had a very simple move from a one bedroom apartment from West Mesa to Tempe. I asked for the earliest time of day because we wanted to have the rest of the day to unpack and get settled. They were supposed to show up between 8 - 10 am. 9:30 comes and they text saying they'll be a little late. No problem we can wait. 12:30 they text again saying they'll be there by 1:30. They showed up at 2:45pm. Then after they get all our stuff loaded, the moving truck broke down. And I get it, things happen, but they did not handle it well. They told us several times that they were sending another truck. The poor employee had to sit in the non-working truck waiting for five hours. In August. I brought him dinner and cold water because he wasn't allowed to leave the truck. I just felt so bad for him. We left him a big tip because he was so nice and it was not his fault that the truck doesn't work, but I am pretty disappointed in whoever coordinated this move. What should have been a two - three hour move ended up taking all day. Not an exaggeration. They were supposed to be there by 10 am. They weren't. They didn't actually deliver our furniture to the new place until well past 10 pm. Luckily they didn't charge us for all the extra time, so kudos for that, but they didn't knock a single penny off for wasting our entire day either. I sincerely hope they paid the poor guy for sitting in that hot truck for so long.

This moving compant left me hanging, after taking all of my information and confirming available spot no one ever sent the contract, Mike never called back even after his supervisor reached out to him. I called about 6 or 7 times and I gave up. I needed a moving company in 3 days and from 50 places I called they were the only ones available so soon and now I know why! This company is a joke and all the good comments are probably from their friends. If you rely on them good luck to you!!I suggest you find someone else!!!

COO Mike from Get Moving Home and Office confirmed me on the scheduled on May 5th. for moving date(5/30/20)guaranteeing that my service would include: Show up time between 8am-10am, disabling, load to truck, unload to new location, unload items and reassemble in the rooms assigned. I scheduled a carpet cleaning company from 11am-1pm to allow plenty of time for the movers to get things packed and loaded.Movers arrived at 3pm, causing the items to be disassembled and taken to the garage and hallway by the carpet guys and cleaning company (at my expense) in order to do their job. Guys only mentioned that their first service call entailed moving items from 2floor to 5 floor via elevator and was a lot of work. These guys were exhausted by the time they got here! Even though items were at easy access, movers took longer than the 3 hours I was guaranteed this job would be completed and left a room worth of items behind.(Mind you, this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home). I was promised once 11pm hit at the drop off address that they would return to the home today (5/31/20 @ 6am) to pick up the rest of the items and bring the items to new location to also bring items to new home.. THEY left the furniture in garage and living room to return today and move them upstairs (office and master bedroom). They left without notice.Now, I am told via text that they are not sending a truck and to figure it out... This is unacceptable. I slept on the floor to not cause any delays. I offered them water, let them take breaks, send them off with meals at the end of the night for a service I paid for and was not completed!!! This is so unfair and not right! I hired them due to their good reviews on Google and Groupon. I cannot fit my dinning table in my car or the big miscellaneous items that I paid to have moved. I do not own a dolly to move all the furniture upstairs. Now they are ignoring my calls leaving me to move the furniture on my own.Pictures showing proof available.*5/31/20-I need them to hold to their contract and complete the job, refund me the money or expect a lawsuit.DO NOT HIRE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF GETTING CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
